Spring Serenade 06: Annual concert of the Master Chorale and Youth Chorale

Chichester on the Road: Performing in Lafayette, CA
Lured by the opportunity of revisiting once again Bernstein's magnificent Chichester Psalms, a group of hardy Chorale members made the trip across the delta for three performances of the work in Lafayette. The group sang at Temple Isaiah on Feb. 9 and then twice on Feb. 12 for services at St. Pauls's church. In addition to the pleasure of performing, the group raised $1000 for the Chorale.
Opera in the Valley: Master Chorale does Tosca
In
January the Master Chorale provided the chorus roles and other bit parts
for Puccini's Tosca. The singers teamed up with the Stockton Opera
Association, Townsend Opera Productions, and the Stockton Symphony for
two performances at Faye Spanos Concert Hall.
Viva Italia: Chorale sings its way through Italy
For the second summer in a row members of the Chorale combined sightseeing and choral singing with their 2005 excursion through Italy. The highlight of this year's trip: performing in the Sistine Chapel.
